How the fields map
Each record from Storypark lands on a specific field in Ratio. Status is calculated from the expiry date every time a page or report is opened.

- Storypark holds little credential detail, so expect to add expiry dates and evidence in Ratio.
- Imported staff arrive as incomplete until a credential with an expiry date is recorded.
